The XSE POWER Training Triangle

Training the Mind, Body, and Spirit to Operate Unified as System of Strength & Integrity.

Aligned with the Luxxacation Philosophy

At the core of XSE Power Coaching’s human-centered systems engineering training is the XSE POWER Training Triangle (featured above)— a strategic, visual, and holistic framework that supports personal transformation through intentional structure. This triangle aligns seamlessly with XSE’s high-level synopsis known as Luxxacation, a three-phase principle of elevation: Take Time. Build Strength. Rise Above. Each layer of the triangle coincides with one of these Luxxacation elements (as illustrated and explained below), culminating in the full expression of personal strength and integrity:

FIRST TIER — Take Time

The 1st Tier of the Training Triangle Correlates to the 1st Element of Luxxacation: “Take Time”

This element forms the foundation of all customized training triangles and applies equally across the three human domains—Mind, Body, and Spirit. “Take Time” involves a structured process of self-assessment and goal clarification, divided into three actionable steps (or sub-elements):

  1. Acknowledge your current state of being and consider the trajectory of your life if nothing changes.

  2. Decide how you want to advance—defining your desired direction or ideal.

  3. Figure out how you’re going to achieve that—identifying the strategic steps needed.
This tier initiates the systems-based transformation process by encouraging intentional reflection and systems awareness. It ensures every coaching journey begins with clarity, direction, and purposeful design.

SECOND TIER — Build Strength

The 2nd Tier of the Training Triangle Correlates to the 2nd Element of Luxxacation: “Build Strength”

The second tier of the triangle represents applied effort, practice, and development. It is the action layer—the place where systems are activated, strengthened, and tested by following through with the goals decided on in the previous step with habitual effort, self-discipline, consistency, and conquering tendencies that are not aligned with goals.

This tier applies across all three core human domains:

  • Mind: Learning (including XSE), teaching, and cognitive skill-building

  • Body: Healthy inputs, exercise, train others

  • Spirit: Seek & Input Truth, Inspire

Each of these reflects intentional strengthening and refinement of the internal system—moving from planning into tangible action. This stage is where resilience is forged — not in isolation, but through dynamic engagement with your system of context (SOC).

THIRD TIER — Rise Above

The 3rd Tier of the Training Triangle Correlates to the 3rd Element of Luxxacation: “Rise Above”

This tier represents a state of elevated function. It is not the apex or final perfection, but a functional transcendence—a rising beyond struggles into a more liberated, powerful state of being.

Mind: Intelligence

  • This is not raw data collection or academic knowledge.

  • It’s strategic insight, understanding, and clarity of thought applied with purpose.

  • Ability to rise above confusion, distraction, and disordered thought.

  • It represents the mind operating at a level where it serves wisdom, truth, and discernment.

Body: Strength

  • Not just muscular & athletic prowess, but  functional strength, endurance, and resilience.

  • The body responds to will, supports vision, and perseveres under pressure.

  • Fortitude to rise above fatigue and failure

Spirit: Freedom

  • Spiritual liberty—freedom from internal bondage, fear, deception and disorder.

  • state where the spirit is unshackled, empowered, and oriented toward Truth.

  • Ability to rise above bondage, deception, & despair.

Rising above does not mean bypassing struggle, but rather applying Truth, Hope, and perseverance to leverage struggle into momentum.

ZENITH (TRUTH) — Strong Body, Sharp Mind, Free Spirit

This is the Power State — the convergence of aligned body, mind, and spirit in Truth. It is not a static destination, but a state of dynamic equilibrium:

  • Strong Body → Vitality, movement, resilience

  • Sharp Mind → Focus, clarity, intelligence with wisdom

  • Free Spirit → Purpose-driven detachment, liberated identity in Truth.

This central point represents the fully activated Sustaining Systems Engineer — not just operating within their own system, but aligned with the ordered design.

The XSE POWER Training Triangle, when viewed through the Luxxacation lens, becomes not just a training model — but a map of elevation. Each layer corresponds with a phase of becoming:

  1. Take Time – Prepare and align your environment

  2. Build Strength – Commit to disciplined, intentional action

  3. Rise Above – Transcend limitation and integrate vision

At the apex: you embody Power through Integration — where body, mind, and spirit are not fragmented, but unified in Truth.

The Reality of the Fallout Zone

When mind and spirit lead, the body follows.

The Fallout Zone is a conceptual area surrounding the XSE Power Training Triangle that represents a state of unintentional decline. It is not a place one chooses to enter but rather the default direction of drift when conscious effort to grow, develop, or maintain forward momentum ceases. Just as gravity pulls objects down when they’re not actively supported, the Fallout Zone describes what happens to our body, mind, and spirit when we stop trying to advance. This decline might appear gradually—through habits of avoidance, discouragement, or numbing—but it can compound and become difficult to escape. Importantly, awareness of the Fallout Zone is crucial. It helps one recognize subtle signs of stagnation or regression early, so course correction is possible. However, focusing on the Fallout Zone itself is not the goal. Obsessing over failure or decline can unintentionally pull attention away from advancement. Instead, maintaining focus on upward movement—toward a strong body, sharp mind, and free spirit—is what keeps momentum alive and the system optimized. Awareness without fixation allows you to stay on trajectory without fear or paralysis.

The Mind Section of the Training Triangle

Three Tiers of Mental Development

1. Outer Tier (Take Time): “Know Yourself and Plan Advancement”

  • Purpose: This tier is about self-awareness and strategic planning.

  • Key Principle: Before any mental growth can occur, you must stop and assess where you are and who you are.

  • Aligned with: XSE’s outer Luxxacation tier: Take Time.

  • Activities Include:

    • Self-assessment and journaling

    • Identifying mental habits, beliefs, and patterns

    • Goal-setting and life design

    • Evaluating your inputs (e.g., media, environments, people)

  • Engineering Analogy: This is like performing a system audit on your own cognitive architecture to prepare for a major upgrade.

Outer Tier Fallout Zone

🟥 Denial of Reality / State of Being / No Goals: When self-awareness is avoided, the mind drifts in denial—disconnected from truth, lacking direction, and resistant to meaningful progress. The system has no coordinates to navigate by.

Second Tier Fallout Zone

🟥 Decline of Cognitive Abilities and Willpower: Without intentional learning and teaching, the mental system weakens. Focus fades, willpower erodes, and the capacity to integrate or act on knowledge diminishes. Stagnation replaces stimulation.

2. Second Tier (Build Strength): “Learn (including XSE) and Teach”

  • Purpose: This tier emphasizes the accumulation and application of knowledge.

  • Key Principle: Learn intentionally and solidify learning through teaching and sharing.

  • Aligned with: Build Strength tier of Luxxacation.

  • Activities Include:

    • Studying topics of value (formal or informal learning)

    • Deep dives into XSE principles (like the axioms, Vantage Point, and 2FA)

    • Explaining ideas to others (peer teaching, mentoring, writing)

    • Developing habits of critical and creative thinking (XSE’s X Axiom)

  • Why It Matters: Teaching is a systems integrator for the mind—it solidifies learning, uncovers knowledge gaps, and activates a higher level of cognitive processing.

3. Third Tier (Rise Above): “Intelligence”

  • Purpose: To reach mental transcendence—using intelligence not just to process data, but to operate strategically, wisely, and freely.

  • Key Principle: Intelligence isn’t just IQ or information, but the skillful integration and wise application of knowledge.

  • Aligned with: Rise Above tier of Luxxacation.

  • Embodies:

    • Strategic detachment and insight

    • Systems-level thinking

    • Wisdom in decision-making (aligned with the Y Axiom: Optimal Choices)

    • Navigating mental complexity with calm, courage, and clarity

  • Outcome: A “free mind” that can think clearly under pressure, adapt quickly, and rise above distractions or deceptions.

Third Tier Fallout Zone

🟥 Ignorance and Lack of Drive: Neglecting strategic insight leads to blind spots. The mind becomes content with surface-level thinking, avoids complexity, and loses its hunger for growth or higher understanding.

Zenith Fallout Zone

🟥 Mindless Brain: The mind is active, but directionless—processing inputs without awareness or purpose. Wisdom is unused, integration is absent, and the system runs on default, not design. Distractions and outside forces drive the mind and therefore the entire system follows.

Zenith: “Sharp Mind”

  • Purpose:
To achieve the highest state of mental operation—where clarity, adaptability, and integrated wisdom converge in real-time action and thought.

  • Key Principle:
A Sharp Mind is not merely intelligent—it is refined, responsive, and resilient. It cuts through confusion, bias, and distraction with practiced clarity and internal coherence.

  • Aligned with:
The Zenith (Truth) of XSE, and integrating Sharp Mind with Strong Body and Free Spirit.

  • Embodies:

    • Real-time clarity and focus under stress or complexity

    • Cognitive agility: shifting perspectives strategically without mental rigidity

    • Creative and critical thinking fully synthesized (XSE’s X Axiom)

    • Emotional regulation and mental stamina

  • Why It Matters:
A Sharp Mind allows one to navigate chaos calmly, lead decisively, and choose wisely. It is the mind of a systems integrator—conscious of context, flow, and alignment across domains. It resists manipulation and fatigue through conscious integration.

  • Engineering Analogy:
This is a high-performance control unit of your system—fully debugged, real-time optimized, and tuned for precision. It doesn’t just process data—it steers the trajectory of your entire system.

The Mind section of the XSE Power Training Triangle is designed to cultivate mental strength through awareness, learning, and strategic insight. It is structured across three tiers that align with the core Luxxacation philosophy:

  1. Outer Tier – “Know Yourself and Plan Advancement” (Take Time):
This tier emphasizes self-awareness and mental preparation. It involves identifying your mental patterns, recognizing limiting beliefs, and intentionally planning cognitive growth. Here, the focus is on understanding your current mindset and setting a clear trajectory for intellectual and personal development.

  2. Middle Tier – “Learn (Including XSE) and Teach” (Build Strength):
At this level, the mind is trained through active learning and teaching others. You develop mental sharpness by studying deeply, applying systems thinking, and refining your understanding through explanation. Teaching reinforces mastery, and learning becomes a tool not just for knowledge acquisition, but also for transformation.

  3. Third Tier – “Intelligence” (Rise Above):
This Tier of the Mind section is the cultivation of true intelligence—the ability to apply insight, make optimal decisions, and see beyond surface complexities. It reflects strategic thinking, critical analysis, and mental freedom. At this stage, the mind transcends reaction and moves into vision and leadership.

The corresponding Fallout Zone states represent the default regressions when the corresponding tier is neglected. Rather than progressing upward through mindful, cognitive development, the system falls backward into dysfunctional states:

  • Without self-assessment, there is denial and aimlessness.

  • Without learning and teaching, mental strength and willpower decay.

  • Without applying intelligence, one falls into ignorance and apathy.

  • Without integration, the result is a “Mindless Brain”—a system running with no meaningful control.

The Body Section of the Training Triangle

Three Tiers of Physical Development

Outer Tier Fallout Zone

🟥 Environment is Incompatible with Goals: When your surroundings contradict your intentions, progress becomes unsustainable. Clutter, poor scheduling, or toxic influences derail health habits before they can take root. The system resists alignment.

Outer Tier (Take Time): “Material Environment is Cohesive to Desired Results”

This base tier emphasizes the importance of deliberate setup. It calls you to slow down and assess your physical, emotional and spatial reality and environments to ensure they support the outcomes you claim to want.

This tier reminds you to take time to engineer your surroundings for success:

  • Purpose: To optimize your external world to support internal goals and embodied success.

  • Key Principles: Your physical surroundings either support or sabotage your health. Change starts with deliberate environmental setup.

Activities Include:

Creating systems for food, rest, and movement

Eliminating physical clutter and energy drains

Organizing your schedule and space for optimal flow

Removing friction from positive physical habits

Engineering Analogy:
This is the infrastructure phase—designing the physical system architecture to support performance and safety.

Be intentional with your surroundings

Remove distractions or deterrents

Engineer a daily structure that supports success

Second Tier (Build Strength): “Healthy Inputs, Exercise, Train Others”

  • Purpose: To develop the body through self-disciplined healthy inputs, physical training, and contribution to others’ growth.

  • Key Principle: Consistency in action creates capacity. What you take in, how you move, and how you share your knowledge all build strength.

  • Aligned with:
    Luxxacation Tier – Build Strength
(Act daily to reinforce your body’s structure and support others in doing the same.)

  • Activities Include:

    • Healthy nutrition and supplementation

    • Intentional physical training (strength, endurance, mobility)

    • Rest and recovery cycles

    • Teaching, coaching, or training others

  • Why It Matters:
Systems grow through use. Teaching others also hardens your own internal framework.

  • Engineering Analogy:
This is the load testing and performance phase—you train the system under controlled stress to increase capacity and reliability.

Second Tier Fallout Zone

🟥 Incapable, Consuming Toxins: Neglecting movement and nutrition leads to dysfunction. The body lacks vitality, and harmful inputs—from processed food to sedentary habits—begin to dominate. Energy crashes, and strength can’t be built.

Third Tier Fallout Zone

🟥 Weakness: Without cultivated strength, the body remains vulnerable. It cannot handle physical stress, lacks stability, and struggles to meet daily demands. Fragility replaces capability.

Third Tier (Rise Above): “Strength”

  • Purpose:
To embody full physical capability—not just fitness, but confidence, resilience, and operational readiness.

  • Key Principle:
True strength transcends aesthetics—it’s functional, internalized, and adaptable under pressure.

  • Aligned with:
    Luxxacation Tier – Rise Above
(Rise into embodiment, resilience, and peak performance.)

  • Embodies:

    • Physical and postural confidence

    • Endurance and muscular resilience

    • Calm, precise execution under stress

    • Personal mastery over the physical body

  • Why It Matters:
Strength grants freedom—freedom to move, act, protect, and lead without hesitation.

  • Engineering Analogy:
This is the mission-ready phase—the system is tested, tuned, and trusted to perform under real-world conditions.

Zenith: “Strong Body”

  • Purpose:
To live in a body that supports and expresses your full human potential—grounded, capable, and integrated with mind and spirit.

  • Key Principle:
A Strong Body is not just built—it is aligned. It is the physical embodiment of order, effort, and excellence.

  • Embodies:

    • Graceful execution of strength and skill

    • Integration of discipline and vitality

    • Symbiotic connection between body and mind

    • Health as a stable, self-maintaining state

  • Engineering Analogy:
The fully integrated operating system—optimized across inputs, performance, and environmental demands.

Zenith Fallout Zone

🟥 Broken Body: The ultimate collapse of the physical system. Degeneration, injury, or chronic dysfunction become dominant. The body no longer supports the life it’s meant to power.

Tier LevelBody TierGrowth Focus (Aligned with Luxxacation)Fallout Zone (Opposing State)
Outer TierMaterial Environment is Cohesive to Desired ResultsPhysical setup, environmental design, removing friction (Take Time)Environment is Incompatible with Goals
Second TierHealthy Inputs, Exercise, Train OthersHealthy inputs, physical activity, peer reinforcement (Build Strength)Incapable, Consuming Toxins
Third TierStrengthFunctional capacity, resilience, physical self-mastery (Rise Above)Weakness
Zenith (Truth)Strong Body (Always strive for this but never consider it fully achieved)Fully integrated, capable, and adaptable physical system (Apex)Broken Body

This structure reminds us that the body is both hardware and environment—and without intentional setup and daily reinforcement, it defaults into breakdown, as demonstrated by the associated fallout zones:

  1. Environment is Incompatible with Goals
Chaotic surroundings sabotage discipline and progress.

  2. Incapable, Consuming Toxins
Poor inputs and inactivity lead to internal system decline.

  3. Weakness
Fragility and low resilience under stress and strain.

  4. Broken Body (Zenith Fallout)
The system collapses—pain, dysfunction, or chronic deterioration.

The Body domain of the XSE Training Triangle focuses on building a Strong Body through intentional environmental setup, disciplined health practices, and physical strength cultivation. It is grounded in system design thinking, treating the body as a responsive, trainable system.

  1. Material Environment is Cohesive to Desired Results
Align your physical environment to support health and action.
    (Luxxacation Tier: Take Time)

  2. Healthy Inputs, Exercise, Train Others
Fuel, move, and teach to reinforce strength and sustainability.
    (Luxxacation Tier: Build Strength)

  3. Strength
Embody power, resilience, and readiness for physical challenge.
    (Luxxacation Tier: Rise Above)

  4. Strong Body (Zenith)
The integrated, adaptable, mission-ready physical system.

The Spirit Section of the Training Triangle

Three Tiers of Spiritual Development

Outer Tier (Take Time): “Acknowledge Truth & have Hope”

  • Purpose:
To anchor your inner life in something higher—truth that endures and hope that uplifts.

  • Key Principle:
Without a meaningful source of spiritual alignment, the system drifts. Orientation toward truth and hope is the compass for the spirit.

  • Aligned with:
    Luxxacation Tier – Take Time
(Pause, reflect, and reconnect with what is unshakably real.)

  • Activities Include:

    • Daily reflection or spiritual reading

    • Connecting with higher principles or sacred texts

    • Reestablishing your personal “why”

    • Seeking stillness to seek and find Truth

  • Engineering Analogy:
This is the calibration phase—orienting your system to a true north so all downstream actions are aligned with meaning.

Outer Tier Fallout Zone

🟥 No Way to Know Truth or Find Hope: Without acknowledging Truth and having hope, the spirit drifts in confusion or despair. There is no compass—only reaction to circumstance. The system loses its orientation and randomly roams or begins to spiral.

Second Tier Fallout Zone

🟥 Absorb Media & What Others Want You to Feel: The spirit becomes porous and unguarded, shaped by external agendas instead of inner conviction. Authentic healthy emotion is replaced by programmed sentiment, and the individual becomes a receiver that operates without integrity.

Second Tier (Build Strength): “Seek & Input Truth, Inspire”

  • Purpose:
To strengthen your spirit through inner stillness and outward expression.

  • Key Principle:
Seeking and soaking in Truth refines internal signal clarity; inspiration expresses spiritual energy outward to uplift others.

  • Aligned with:
    Luxxacation Tier – Build Strength
(Train the spirit like the body—through practice and shared energy.)

  • Activities Include:

    • Meditation, prayer, or breathwork

    • Artistic expression or encouragement

    • Spiritual discipline (fasting, service, silence)

    • Supporting others with faith, presence, and words

  • Why It Matters:
A spirit that only receives but never expresses becomes stagnant. Spiritual strength is cultivated through both inner depth and shared elevation.

  • Engineering Analogy:
This is the production and operating phase—receiving Truth and living according to Truth through clear, resilient channels.

Third Tier (Rise Above): “Freedom”

  • Purpose:
To experience spiritual liberation—living unbound by fear, ego, or false constructs.

  • Key Principle:
True spiritual power is the ability to choose freely and lovingly, regardless of circumstance.

  • Aligned with:
    Luxxacation Tier – Rise Above
(Rise into spiritual sovereignty and detachment.)

  • Embodies:

    • Inner peace even in outer chaos

    • Non-attachment to praise, fear, or outcomes

    • Love unchained from controlling forces

    • Courage rooted in alignment, not reaction

  • Engineering Analogy:
This is the system optimization phase- removal of or rising above obstacles or barriers that have been hindering the system from optimal performance.

Third Tier Fallout Zone

🟥 Pawn of What You Absorb: Having lost spiritual sovereignty, the system now acts as an instrument of outside forces. Choices no longer stem from freedom but from manipulation, fear, or imitation. The spirit is reactive, not creative.

Zenith Fallout Zone

🟥 Dead Spirit: The complete collapse of spiritual vitality. Disconnection from purpose, love, and meaning leads to apathy and loss of will. The system runs without essence—alive in form, but empty in function.

Zenith: “Free Spirit”

  • Purpose:
To embody transcendent authenticity—one who walks in truth, radiates peace, and uplifts others by presence alone.

  • Key Principle:
A Free Spirit lives in alignment with higher purpose and Truth, unshaken by external control or internal chaos.

  • Embodies:

    • Spiritual integration across all life systems

    • Unforced presence and magnetic calm

    • Deep love, joy, and creative vitality

    • Freedom through truth, not escape

  • Engineering Analogy:
This is the fully optimized and operating system—empowered, transcendent, and synchronized with reality.

Live spiritually unbound—free from manipulation, ego, and fear.
    (Luxxacation Tier: Rise Above)

  4. Free Spirit (Zenith)
A fully aligned, luminous presence—authentic, courageous, and inspiring by nature.

Fallout Zone (When the reality of the Spirit is Neglected)

  1. No Way to Know Truth or Find Hope
The spirit becomes lost—disconnected from any guiding light.

  2. Absorb Media & What Others Want You to Feel
The inner world is overrun by outside narratives; autonomy fades.

  3. Pawn of What You Absorb
Spiritual choices no longer come from within, but are reactions to external forces.

  4. Dead Spirit (Zenith Fallout)
Vitality collapses. The system operates, but without soul, purpose, or will.

Alignment in Systems Engineering Terms

"If You want Strength, Seek Truth, then Align Your Life with the Truth."

In systems engineering (SE), alignment refers to the intentional coordination and harmonization of different system components (people, processes, technologies, goals, values, etc.) to ensure that they work together coherently toward a common purpose or desired outcome.

In practice, alignment addresses questions like:

  • Are our actions consistent with our goals?

  • Do our subsystems (mind, body, spirit—if applied to a human system) support or conflict with one another?

  • Are all system inputs and outputs understood and coordinated?

  • Is there a clear vision, and are all parts of the system structured to support it?

Alignment and the XSE Power Training Triangle

The XSE Power Training Triangle is a human-centered systems engineering tool used to facilitate alignment within the individual—as a living system. It is both diagnostic (for identifying misalignment) and prescriptive (for realignment through intentional design and behavior). Here’s how it works:

At the Apex: Integrated Ideal

Strong Body, Sharp Mind, Free Spirit

This is the aligned outcome—the fully functioning, well-integrated human system. Each of these is a subsystem that must be harmonized, not just independently optimized.

Using the Triangle for Alignment

Each tier of the triangle maps to a systems engineering layer that supports realignment:

Outer Tier: “Take Time” (Environmental Setup)

  • Mind: Know Yourself and Plan Advancement

  • Body: Prepare Physically, Environmentally, and Structurally

  • Spirit: Reflect on Purpose and Sources of Energy

This tier ensures you are taking the time to understand your system’s context and preparing it properly. Alignment here means your environment supports your goals rather than sabotaging them.

Second Tier: “Build Strength” (Training & Action)

  • Mind: Learn (including XSE) and Teach

  • Body: Train and Strengthen the Physical System

  • Spirit: Act with Purpose and Courage

This is about building capability. Misalignment at this tier could look like training your body while neglecting mental discipline or pursuing knowledge without any spirit or drive behind it.

Third Tier: “Rise Above” (Transcendence & Insight)

  • Mind: Intelligence (Strategic Insight)

  • Body: Endurance and Mastery

  • Spirit: Freedom and Transcendence

This tier is about integration and perspective. It’s the zone of higher-order functioning where all systems operate as one. Misalignment here can lead to feeling stuck or unable to move beyond limitations.

Summary: Alignment Through the Triangle

  • The triangle helps map your internal systems and assess alignment between them.

  • When one area is overdeveloped or neglected (e.g., Sharp Mind but Weak Body), your overall system is misaligned.

  • By progressing through the tiers—Take Time, Build Strength, Rise Above—you move toward your integrated ideal.

The triangle isn’t just a diagram—it’s a diagnostic and design tool for living systems engineering. It helps you determine what inputs to adjust and where your system might be out of sync.
