The High Power Training Triangle

Training the Mind, Body, and Spirit to Operate Unified as System of Strength & Integrity.

Aligned with the Luxxacation Philosophy

At the core of XSE Power Coaching’s human-centered systems engineering training is the Training Triangle (High Power version featured above)— a strategic, visual, and holistic framework that supports personal transformation through intentional structure. This triangle aligns seamlessly with XSE’s high-level synopsis known as Luxxacation, a three-phase principle of elevation: Take Time. Build Strength. Rise Above. Each layer of the triangle coincides with one of these Luxxacation elements (as illustrated and explained below), culminating in the full expression of personal strength and integrity:

FIRST TIER — Take Time

The 1st Tier of the Training Triangle Correlates to the 1st Element of Luxxacation: “Take Time”

This element forms the foundation of all customized training triangles and applies equally across the three human domains—Mind, Body, and Spirit. “Take Time” involves a structured process of self-assessment and goal clarification, divided into three actionable steps (or sub-elements):

  1. Acknowledge your current state of being and consider the trajectory of your life if nothing changes.

  2. Decide how you want to advance—defining your desired direction or ideal.

  3. Figure out how you’re going to achieve that—identifying the strategic steps needed.
This tier initiates the systems-based transformation process by encouraging intentional reflection and systems awareness. It ensures every coaching journey begins with clarity, direction, and purposeful design.

SECOND TIER — Build Strength

The 2nd Tier of the Training Triangle Correlates to the 2nd Element of Luxxacation: “Build Strength”

The second tier of the triangle represents applied effort, practice, and development. It is the action layer—the place where systems are activated, strengthened, and tested by following through with the goals decided on in the previous step with habitual effort, self-discipline, consistency, and conquering tendencies that are not aligned with goals.

This tier applies across all three core human domains:

  • Mind: Learn & track as you go

  • Body: Stick to plan/ follow through

  • Spirit: Increase & Enhance Support

Each of these reflects intentional strengthening and refinement of the internal system—moving from planning into tangible action. This stage is where resilience is forged — not in isolation, but through dynamic engagement with your system of context (SOC).

THIRD TIER — Rise Above

The 3rd Tier of the Training Triangle Correlates to the 3rd Element of Luxxacation: “Rise Above”

This tier represents a state of elevated function. It is not the apex or final perfection, but a functional transcendence—a rising beyond struggles into a more liberated, powerful state of being.

Mind: Intelligence

  • This is not raw data collection or academic knowledge.

  • It’s strategic insight, understanding, and clarity of thought applied with purpose.

  • Ability to rise above confusion, distraction, and disordered thought.

  • It represents the mind operating at a level where it serves wisdom, truth, and discernment.

Body: Strength

  • Not just muscular & athletic prowess, but  functional strength, endurance, and resilience.

  • The body responds to will, supports vision, and perseveres under pressure.

  • Fortitude to rise above fatigue and failure

Spirit: Freedom

  • Spiritual liberty—freedom from internal bondage, fear, deception and disorder.

  • state where the spirit is unshackled, empowered, and oriented toward Truth.

  • Ability to rise above bondage, deception, & despair.

Rising above does not mean bypassing struggle, but rather applying Truth, Hope, and perseverance to leverage struggle into momentum.

ZENITH (TRUTH) — Strong Body, Sharp Mind, Free Spirit

This is the Power State — the convergence of aligned body, mind, and spirit in Truth. It is not a static destination, but a state of dynamic equilibrium:

  • Strong Body → Vitality, movement, resilience

  • Sharp Mind → Focus, clarity, intelligence with wisdom

  • Free Spirit → Purpose-driven detachment, liberated identity in Truth.

This central point represents the fully activated Sustaining Systems Engineer — not just operating within their own system, but aligned with the ordered design.

The Training Triangle, when viewed through the Luxxacation lens, becomes not just a training model — but a map of elevation. Each layer corresponds with a phase of becoming:

  1. Take Time – Prepare and align your environment

  2. Build Strength – Commit to disciplined, intentional action

  3. Rise Above – Transcend limitation and integrate vision

At the apex: you embody Power through Integration — where body, mind, and spirit are not fragmented, but unified in Truth.

The Reality of the Fallout Zone

When mind and spirit lead, the body follows.

The Fallout Zone is a conceptual area surrounding the Training Triangle that represents a state of unintentional decline. It is not a place one chooses to enter but rather the default direction of drift when conscious effort to grow, develop, or maintain forward momentum ceases. Just as gravity pulls objects down when they’re not actively supported, the Fallout Zone describes what happens to our body, mind, and spirit when we stop trying to advance. This decline might appear gradually—through habits of avoidance, discouragement, or numbing—but it can compound and become difficult to escape. Importantly, awareness of the Fallout Zone is crucial. It helps one recognize subtle signs of stagnation or regression early, so course correction is possible. However, focusing on the Fallout Zone itself is not the goal. Obsessing over failure or decline can unintentionally pull attention away from advancement. Instead, maintaining focus on upward movement—toward a strong body, sharp mind, and free spirit—is what keeps momentum alive and the system optimized. Awareness without fixation allows you to stay on trajectory without fear or paralysis.

The Mind Section of the Training Triangle

Three Tiers of Mental Development

1. Outer Tier (Take Time): “Know & Understand Diet(s) & Plan”

Purpose: This tier is about self-awareness and strategic planning for nutritional success.

Key Principle: Before any mental or physical transformation can occur, you must stop to assess where you are, what you’re eating, and how your plan aligns with your goals.

Aligned with: XSE’s outer Luxxacation tier: Take Time

Activities Include:

  • Reviewing and understanding dietary options (keto, ancestral, carb cycling, etc.)

  • Journaling food reactions, energy levels, and patterns

  • Reflecting on mental clarity and emotional responses to food

  • Planning meals and strategies around physical and mental needs

  • Gaining confidence through learning and tracking feedback

Engineering Analogy: This is like conducting a mission-readiness analysis on your internal fuel system — ensuring every input is intentional, strategic, and in alignment with your operational design.

Outer Tier Fallout Zone

🟥 Don’t Know or Understand, InsecurityWhen knowledge is lacking and plans are vague, the mind enters a state of insecurity. Without understanding dietary inputs, the system becomes unstable—leading to confusion, poor decisions, and a high risk of derailment. This zone reflects blind consumption and mental disorientation, eroding both physical results and inner confidence.

Second Tier Fallout Zone

🟥 Questioning, Fear, Uncertainty:

In this zone, the absence of clarity and the presence of irregular feedback create mental turbulence. Without a system to learn and track, doubt creeps in. Fear of “doing it wrong,” paralysis by analysis, and conflicting information overload the system, stalling forward movement and weakening commitment.

2. Second Tier (Build Strength): “Learn and Track as you go”

Purpose: This tier focuses on adaptive learning, feedback responsiveness, and mental fortification through experience.

Key Principle: Progress doesn’t come from perfection—it comes from informed iteration. By learning and tracking in real time, the system becomes smarter, stronger, and more stable.

Aligned with: XSE’s second Luxxacation tier: Build Strength

Activities Include:

  • Logging meals, symptoms, energy levels, and mood shifts

  • Adjusting strategies based on real-time data and feedback

  • Learning from mistakes rather than avoiding them

  • Incorporating nutritional and physiological education continuously

  • Refining the connection between food, thought patterns, and output

Engineering Analogy: This is like running continuous diagnostics on a live system—collecting operational data while the system is in motion and applying updates without shutting it down.

3. Third Tier (Rise Above): “Intelligence”

Purpose: This tier represents integrated, applied understanding — not just knowing what to do, but executing with refined discernment and resilience.

Key Principle: Intelligence is the successful synthesis of knowledge, experience, and insight into precise, life-sustaining action. It reflects a mind that has matured through strategy, feedback, and purpose.

Aligned with: XSE’s third Luxxacation tier: Rise Above

Activities Include:

  • Making intuitive but data-informed dietary decisions

  • Coaching and educating others from personal mastery

  • Anticipating challenges and solving them proactively

  • Holding mental clarity and coherence under stress

  • Cultivating self-trust through evidence-based insight

Engineering Analogy: This is like deploying an advanced autonomous system — one that not only processes complex input but adapts, optimizes, and sustains operation without constant intervention.

Third Tier Fallout Zone

🟥 Ignorance & Insufficiency:
When the system fails to integrate accumulated knowledge, it becomes ineffective. This zone reflects mental stagnation, misinformation, or willful neglect of strategic tools. Without sufficient learning and application, the mind reverts to reaction rather than response—operating with diminished capacity and compromised outcomes.

Zenith Fallout Zone

🟥 Mindless Brain: The mind is active, but directionless—processing inputs without awareness or purpose. Wisdom is unused, integration is absent, and the system runs on default, not design. Distractions and outside forces drive the mind and therefore the entire system follows.

Zenith: “Sharp Mind”

  • Purpose:
To achieve the highest state of mental operation—where clarity, adaptability, and integrated wisdom converge in real-time action and thought.

  • Key Principle:
A Sharp Mind is not merely intelligent—it is refined, responsive, and resilient. It cuts through confusion, bias, and distraction with practiced clarity and internal coherence.

  • Aligned with:
The Zenith (Truth) of XSE, and integrating Sharp Mind with Strong Body and Free Spirit.

  • Embodies:

    • Real-time clarity and focus under stress or complexity

    • Cognitive agility: shifting perspectives strategically without mental rigidity

    • Creative and critical thinking fully synthesized (XSE’s X Axiom)

    • Emotional regulation and mental stamina

  • Why It Matters:
A Sharp Mind allows one to navigate chaos calmly, lead decisively, and choose wisely. It is the mind of a systems integrator—conscious of context, flow, and alignment across domains. It resists manipulation and fatigue through conscious integration.

  • Engineering Analogy:
This is a high-performance control unit of your system—fully debugged, real-time optimized, and tuned for precision. It doesn’t just process data—it steers the trajectory of your entire system.

Mind – High Power Training Triangle Overview

The Mind domain is structured to develop strategic intelligence, mental resilience, and clarity. This tiered model supports personal growth through deliberate self-awareness, disciplined learning, and applied systems thinking.

Core Progression Tiers:

  • Outer Tier: Know Yourself and Plan Advancement
Cultivate strategic self-awareness. Develop your ability to audit your current state, recognize reality clearly, and design your life with conscious intention.

  • Second Tier: Learn (including XSE) and Teach
Engage in active learning. Teaching reinforces comprehension and deepens systems-level understanding, especially through principles of Independent Integration (XSE).

  • Third Tier: Intelligence
Channel insight and apply wisdom through systems thinking. Intelligence here means the integration of knowledge with practical, situational strategy.

  • Zenith (Truth): Sharp Mind (Aspirational Tier)
This is the aspirational apex of the mental system—achieving internal cohesion, freedom, and clear decision-making under pressure. It is pursued but never fully “achieved”; it demands continuous refinement.

Mind Fallout Zone

Each tier has a direct opposing state of mental dysfunction or decline. These represent warning signs of disintegration or system failure in the mind domain:

  • Mindless Brain – A reactive, scattered mental state devoid of reflection or self-direction.

  • Ignorance and Lack of Drive – Diminished desire to know, understand, or engage meaningfully.

  • Decline of Cognitive Abilities and Willpower – Loss of focus, discipline, and capacity for sustained thought or self-leadership.

  • Denial of Reality / State of Being / No Goals – Avoidance of truth, rejection of growth, and absence of purposeful direction.

The Body Section of the Training Triangle

Three Tiers of Physical Development

Outer Tier Fallout Zone

🟥 Lack of Materials Necessary for Success: When your environment lacks the basic tools, time, or support needed to act, even the most well-intentioned plans collapse. Without structure and material readiness, motivation cannot sustain momentum. The system fails—not from weakness of will, but from absence of design.

Outer Tier (Take Time): “Get Material Needs for Success in Place”

Purpose: This tier establishes the physical prerequisites for sustainable advancement. Success requires more than motivation—it demands real-world systems, tools, and environments that support strength. This tier ensures the user is not set up to fail by unmet material needs.

Key Principle: System strength begins with solid ground. Materials, time, tools, and infrastructure must be intentionally secured to enable action. Clarity and commitment are not enough when the structure is insufficient.

Aligned with: XSE’s foundational engineering layer for sustainable performance

Activities Include:

  • Designing and protecting a space optimized for work or training

  • Stocking high-quality inputs (e.g., food, equipment, supplements)

  • Setting schedules with structural integrity and buffer zones

  • Building support systems (logistics, delegation, storage)

  • Auditing and correcting environmental friction points

Engineering Analogy: This is like building the launch pad before liftoff. No matter how powerful the rocket, without a stabilized and resourced launch platform, the mission will not take flight.

Second Tier (Build Strength): “Stick to Plan/ Follow Through”

Purpose: This tier embodies the ability to commit and carry out. It turns strategy into action through self-discipline and alignment. Once the system is supplied with what it needs, the next step is consistently honoring the path with precision and resolve.

Key Principle: Success is not only about having the right plan—it’s about honoring that plan through resilient follow-through. Systems gain power through repetition, calibration, and consistency. This tier ensures that energy is not lost to distraction, delay, or self-sabotage.

Aligned with: XSE’s second Luxxacation tier: Build Strength

Activities Include:

  • Following dietary and training protocols with consistency

  • Tracking actions and making course corrections based on feedback

  • Minimizing friction and decision fatigue through pre-commitment

  • Building self-trust through daily follow-through

  • Refining habits until they become embedded systems

Engineering Analogy: This is like running a well-coded program repeatedly under variable conditions. The structure has been built—now it must execute dependably, adjusting only when feedback loops indicate the need for optimization.

Second Tier Fallout Zone

🟥Fail Goals, Give Up: When follow-through breaks down, systems never stabilize. Progress starts, then collapses under inconsistency. The goal becomes a ghost—something once desired but now abandoned. The system loops in frustration, eroding confidence and momentum.

Third Tier Fallout Zone

🟥 Weakness / Unhealth: When strength is not maintained, the system loses resilience. Fatigue sets in. The body becomes a liability instead of an asset. Motivation declines, and both health and performance deteriorate. The diet becomes harder to sustain because results are no longer reinforcing the effort.

Third Tier (Rise Above): “Strength”

Purpose: This tier represents the visible, functional outcome of sustained alignment—true physical and systemic strength. It is where health, capacity, and resilience become tangible. The body reflects coherence with purpose through vitality, precision, and adaptability.

Key Principle: Strength is not brute force—it is the optimized result of feedback-driven systems. Nutritional, behavioral, and training protocols converge to support a body that performs under pressure, recovers intelligently, and resists degradation.

Aligned with: XSE’s third Luxxacation tier: Rise Above

Activities Include:

  • Demonstrating physical capability in alignment with dietary protocol

  • Adapting nutrition and movement based on biometrics and feedback

  • Maintaining strength under environmental, emotional, or logistical stress

  • Using physical presence as a medium of influence and clarity

  • Operating with energy efficiency and longevity in mind

Engineering Analogy: This is like a high-performance system operating within optimal ranges—producing high output while maintaining structural integrity. It’s the proof of effective design in real-time performance.

Zenith: “Strong Body”

  • Purpose:
To live in a body that supports and expresses your full human potential—grounded, capable, and integrated with mind and spirit.

  • Key Principle:
A Strong Body is not just built—it is aligned. It is the physical embodiment of order, effort, and excellence.

  • Embodies:

    • Graceful execution of strength and skill

    • Integration of discipline and vitality

    • Symbiotic connection between body and mind

    • Health as a stable, self-maintaining state

  • Engineering Analogy:
The fully integrated operating system—optimized across inputs, performance, and environmental demands.

Zenith Fallout Zone

🟥 Broken Body: The ultimate collapse of the physical system. Degeneration, injury, or chronic dysfunction become dominant. The body no longer supports the life it’s meant to power.

Tier LevelBody SectionGrowth Focus (Aligned with Luxxacation)Fallout Zone (Opposing State)
Outer TierGet Material Needs for Success in PlacePhysical setup, food sourcing, logistics, and time structuring (Take Time)Lack of Materials Necessary for Success
Second TierStick to Plan / Follow ThroughAdherence, consistency, and behavioral execution (Build Strength)Fail Goals, Give Up
Third TierStrengthEmbodied performance, resilience, and metabolic capability (Rise Above)Weakness / Unhealth
Zenith (Truth)Strong Body (Always strive for this but never consider it fully achieved)Fully integrated, capable, and adaptable physical system (Apex)Broken Body

Fallout Zone – Body Section

If alignment breaks down, the system falls into predictable collapse points:

  • Lack of Materials Necessary for Success: No prep, no tools, no structure—no execution.

  • Fail Goals, Give Up: Missed targets compound into discouragement and dropout.

  • Weakness / Unhealth: Fatigue, cravings, low function—signals of systemic instability.

  • Broken Body: A deteriorated condition where the system is no longer capable of supporting High Power operations.

Each fallout zone serves as a diagnostic cue. It’s not the end—it’s a feedback point inviting recalibration of the system to restore power.

Body Section – High Power Training Triangle Summary

The Body Section of the High Power Training Triangle includes a sequence of three aligned tiers, each with a corresponding fallout zone. Together, they form a systems-based foundation for executing the High Power Diet™ with clarity, integrity, and sustained physical transformation.

  • Outer Tier: Get Material Needs for Success in Place
Execution begins with logistics. Your body can’t follow a precision protocol if you don’t have the necessary materials. This tier ensures that food quality, meal prep tools, time allocation, and physical setup are aligned with success.
    (Aligned with Luxxacation: Take Time)

  • Second Tier: Stick to Plan / Follow Through
Once resources are in place, success relies on consistent action. This tier reinforces dietary adherence, behavioral tracking, and strategic feedback. The ability to follow through creates the structure that results depend on.
    (Aligned with Luxxacation: Build Strength)

  • Third Tier: Strength
Strength is the culmination of sustained dietary and behavioral alignment. It shows up as energy, immunity, metabolic balance, and functional capacity. This is a system operating with coherence and power.
    (Aligned with Luxxacation: Rise Above)

  • Zenith (Truth): Strong Body
Always pursued, never declared complete. The Strong Body is a high-integrity physical system that reflects optimized nutrition, resilient structure, and adaptive capacity. It is the dynamic apex of the body’s potential under the High Power Diet.

The Spirit Section of the Training Triangle

Three Tiers of Spiritual Development

Outer Tier (Take Time): “Support System in Place”

Purpose: This tier ensures that you are not walking the High Power path alone. It acknowledges that willpower is not enough—resilience is reinforced by aligned people, shared vision, and feedback from a trusted network.

Key Principle: A support system is a stabilizing structure. Whether it’s one person or a whole team, consistent encouragement, accountability, and belief from others multiply internal strength and reduce dropout risk.

Aligned with: XSE’s first Luxxacation tier: Take Time

Activities Include:

  • Clearly identifying who supports your dietary and lifestyle transformation

  • Removing toxic influences or skeptics that destabilize momentum

  • Structuring regular check-ins or shared commitment with aligned allies

  • Asking for help, clarification, or reinforcement when needed

  • Letting others witness your effort and progress

Engineering Analogy: This is like installing shock-absorbers and load-distribution systems on a machine. The primary system (you) can still drive the effort, but pressure is buffered by external supports that ensure system continuity during instability.

 Outer Tier Fallout Zone

🟥 No Support in Place / Around: When you’re isolated, pressure builds without relief. The system becomes brittle. Without feedback, encouragement, or external stabilization, it’s easy to spiral into discouragement or abandon the path entirely. Unsupported systems collapse—not from lack of desire, but from lack of structure.

Second Tier Fallout Zone

🟥 Lose Hope / Stop Trying: Without escalating support to match evolving demands, motivation wanes. Isolation creeps in. The system starts to drift—effort feels hollow, and small setbacks become justification to abandon course. Hope isn’t lost overnight; it leaks from unsupported systems.

Second Tier (Build Strength): “Increase & Enhance Support”

Purpose: This tier expands your relational system to match the increasing complexity of your transformation. It’s not enough to have a basic support structure—you now need to fortify and evolve your connections to sustain progress through setbacks, plateaus, and growth surges.

Key Principle: As goals rise, so must reinforcement. Progress is amplified when support becomes multi-dimensional: emotional, strategic, and logistical. Strengthening relationships is not a luxury—it’s a system upgrade.

Aligned with: XSE’s second Luxxacation tier: Build Strength

Activities Include:

  • Proactively recruiting aligned allies, mentors, or guides

  • Creating formalized systems of accountability or group cohesion

  • Sharing progress transparently with trusted people

  • Inviting support in new areas (e.g., mindset, logistics, meals)

  • Offering support to others, reinforcing mutual momentum

Engineering Analogy: This is like upgrading a structure from temporary scaffolding to a reinforced framework. The system is no longer fragile—it’s stabilized by strong joints, redundancies, and resilient bonds that can handle greater operational load.

Third Tier (Rise Above): “Freedom”

Purpose: This tier represents spiritual and emotional sovereignty within the dietary journey. You are no longer bound by confusion, fear, or the opinions of others. Your relationship to food, to your body, and to the discipline of the High Power Diet is now chosen, internalized, and free from distortion.

Key Principle: Freedom emerges when the system has been stabilized long enough to allow personal truth to rise. At this stage, adherence is no longer about rules—it’s about alignment with who you are becoming. External pressure is replaced by internal drive.

Aligned with: XSE’s third Luxxacation tier: Rise Above

Activities Include:

  • Making nutrition decisions from clarity and calm, not pressure or fear

  • Releasing attachments to past identity patterns (e.g., victimhood, body shame)

  • Using discipline as a form of self-respect and autonomy

  • Speaking and living from alignment, not compliance

  • Inspiring others by embodying integrity, not preaching it

Engineering Analogy: This is like an autonomous system that has achieved self-regulation. It no longer needs constant correction or control—it adapts, adjusts, and thrives from an internal operating code tuned to truth.

Third Tier Fallout Zone

🟥 Defeat / Surrender: When spiritual systems collapse, there is no will to continue. The path no longer feels worth it. Instead of realignment, the system gives up. It believes the lie that freedom isn’t possible. This is the most dangerous fallout—because it appears quiet, even rational, while it dissolves all progress beneath the surface.

Zenith Fallout Zone

🟥 Dead Spirit: The complete collapse of spiritual vitality. Disconnection from purpose, love, and meaning leads to apathy and loss of will. The system runs without essence—alive in form, but empty in function.

Zenith: “Free Spirit”

  • Purpose:
To embody transcendent authenticity—one who walks in truth, radiates peace, and uplifts others by presence alone.

  • Key Principle:
A Free Spirit lives in alignment with higher purpose and Truth, unshaken by external control or internal chaos.

  • Embodies:

    • Spiritual integration across all life systems

    • Unforced presence and magnetic calm

    • Deep love, joy, and creative vitality

    • Freedom through truth, not escape

  • Engineering Analogy:
This is the fully optimized and operating system—empowered, transcendent, and synchronized with reality.

Spirit Section – High Power Training Triangle Summary

The Spirit Section supports the emotional and motivational core of dietary transformation. While the Body handles the physical mechanics, the Spirit sustains belief, identity, and inner drive—without which long-term adherence becomes impossible.

  • Outer Tier: Support System in Place
Transformation begins with the presence of external support—people who understand, encourage, and help reinforce the dietary path. A healthy support system buffers emotional strain and provides stability in the face of resistance.
    (Aligned with Luxxacation: Take Time)

  • Second Tier: Increase & Enhance Support
As the demands of the High Power Diet intensify, support must also grow. This tier expands relational reinforcement—emotionally, logistically, and spiritually. The system becomes stronger through intentional, deepening connection.
    (Aligned with Luxxacation: Build Strength)

  • Third Tier: Freedom
True spiritual alignment is realized as freedom. At this level, the High Power Diet is no longer something you’re “trying to do”—it is something you are free to do. Discipline and structure feel like integrity, not restriction.
    (Aligned with Luxxacation: Rise Above)

  • Zenith (Truth): Free Spirit
The apex of the Spirit Section is a resilient, self-possessed identity—rooted in purpose, capable of withstanding pressure, and radiating influence. It’s not perfection, but liberation through alignment.

Fallout Zone – Spirit Section

If the Spirit system breaks down, the collapse is internal and progressive:

  • First, there’s No Support in Place / Around, and the emotional load becomes isolating.

  • Then, Lose Hope / Stop Trying—the path seems futile.

  • Eventually, Defeat / Surrender—you stop believing it’s even possible.

  • At its worst, the system experiences a Crushed Spirit—loss of will, disconnection from purpose, and abandonment of the transformation path.

These aren’t failures—they’re signals that the internal system needs rebuilding. Recovery begins with reconnection.

Alignment in Systems Engineering Terms

"If You want Strength, Seek Truth, then Align Your Life with the Truth."

In systems engineering (SE), alignment refers to the intentional coordination and harmonization of different system components (people, processes, technologies, goals, values, etc.) to ensure that they work together coherently toward a common purpose or desired outcome.

In practice, alignment addresses questions like:

  • Are our actions consistent with our goals?

  • Do our subsystems (mind, body, spirit—if applied to a human system) support or conflict with one another?

  • Are all system inputs and outputs understood and coordinated?

  • Is there a clear vision, and are all parts of the system structured to support it?

Alignment and the XSE Power Training Triangle

The XSE Power Training Triangle is a human-centered systems engineering tool used to facilitate alignment within the individual—as a living system. It is both diagnostic (for identifying misalignment) and prescriptive (for realignment through intentional design and behavior). Here’s how it works:

At the Apex: Integrated Ideal

Strong Body, Sharp Mind, Free Spirit

This is the aligned outcome—the fully functioning, well-integrated human system. Each of these is a subsystem that must be harmonized, not just independently optimized.

Using the Triangle for Alignment

Each tier of the triangle maps to a systems engineering layer that supports realignment:

Outer Tier: “Take Time” (Environmental Setup)

  • Mind: Know Yourself and Plan Advancement

  • Body: Prepare Physically, Environmentally, and Structurally

  • Spirit: Reflect on Purpose and Sources of Energy

This tier ensures you are taking the time to understand your system’s context and preparing it properly. Alignment here means your environment supports your goals rather than sabotaging them.

Second Tier: “Build Strength” (Training & Action)

  • Mind: Learn (including XSE) and Teach

  • Body: Train and Strengthen the Physical System

  • Spirit: Act with Purpose and Courage

This is about building capability. Misalignment at this tier could look like training your body while neglecting mental discipline or pursuing knowledge without any spirit or drive behind it.

Third Tier: “Rise Above” (Transcendence & Insight)

  • Mind: Intelligence (Strategic Insight)

  • Body: Endurance and Mastery

  • Spirit: Freedom and Transcendence

This tier is about integration and perspective. It’s the zone of higher-order functioning where all systems operate as one. Misalignment here can lead to feeling stuck or unable to move beyond limitations.

Summary: Alignment Through the Triangle

  • The triangle helps map your internal systems and assess alignment between them.

  • When one area is overdeveloped or neglected (e.g., Sharp Mind but Weak Body), your overall system is misaligned.

  • By progressing through the tiers—Take Time, Build Strength, Rise Above—you move toward your integrated ideal.

The triangle isn’t just a diagram—it’s a diagnostic and design tool for living systems engineering. It helps you determine what inputs to adjust and where your system might be out of sync.

6. What are the X, Y, Z Axioms?

  • X Axiom – Critical and creative thinking enhances intelligence.

These axioms are used as filters and guiding tools for decision-making, self-reflection, and system optimization in the training process.

7. What does “Take Time, Build Strength, Rise Above” mean?

This is the Luxxacation Spa philosophy, which is integrated into the XSE training ethos:

  • Take Time – Prioritize strategic detachment and reflection.

  • Build Strength – Use that space to reinforce core systems.

  • Rise Above – Emerge into higher alignment, freedom, and performance.

8. How is this different from therapy or coaching?

The XSE Power Training Program is not a form of therapy or counseling. It is a systems engineering-based educational program focused on strategy, self-development, and structured system design. Users seeking clinical help are advised to consult licensed professionals.

9. How do I get a personalized Training Triangle?

Personal Training Triangles are crafted only through direct consultation with Angela Miely or the XSE Self Sculpt team. To request one, schedule an official XSE consultation.
